Flow and Grow

7 Night Movement Excursion in Dominical, Costa Rica
Dec. 4th -11th, 2021
"Those who flow like life flows know they need no other force."
- Lao Tzu
Do you hear the whales calling along the famed Bahia Ballena coastline? Have a yearning to surf the sunset and jump in waterfalls? To move your body and soul, flow and let go, unveil your own inner beauty in greater depth, like the vibrant nature of the rainforest?
If you feel these calls, allow us to extend an invitation to join a weeklong movement excursion in Dominical, Costa Rica! Rather than retreating from daily life, we are embarking on an adventure with the opportunity to learn new skills, commune with nature, let go of stress and limiting beliefs, and relish the abundance of life. Our home base will be a multi-level villa with amazing views of the sunset, less than five minutes walking from the Pacific Coast and Playa Domincal. The beach is famous for its surf breaks, suitable for beginners and experienced surfers alike, the appearance of humpback whales on their annual winter migration, and breathtaking sunsets.
We will engage in movement practices each day to build our mind-body connection, release stress, and engage in play. Expect a smorgasbord of animal movement, budokon, qi gong, breathwork, and thai massage to move loving energy and information through our bodies. You can choose to lounge by the pool during the day or join one of the many adventures this lush area of Costa Rica has to offer.

Her intention is to guide her students closer to their full potential through mental and physical challenges while encouraging them to be more playful, so they can flow through the day with a more open mind, body, and heart.
Gary Grisham
Gary is all about life long learning and life long lovin’! He embraces the daily cycle of filling and emptying his proverbial cup with martial arts practices and philosophy, adventure seeking, movement exploration and educating, cold therapy, and cherishing quality time with those who bring out the laughter in each other.
Whether on the mat or barefoot somewhere else, Gary strives to walk the talk for genuine connection, encouraged challenge, and continuous serious play with intention, in order to better our communities, families, and the planet as a whole.
